Update 13 june, 2012.The asa has slated bright life again, this time over junk mail that had the words"Written warning"On the envelope followed by"Money due you will be forfeited at midnight on 16 february unless you sign and return the required papers by deadline date".This upset my mother as she tried to tell the operator about the bank statement she held in her hand clearly stated that the cheque had cleared and the statement the company had sent with the order also said 'balance paid'!They then requested that my mother produced a copy of the statement for their records!Once told of this i telep ...
